Understand costs and account quota
Request estimates use CNY rates. Cached input is part of total input and is not counted twice. Fixed calls and token billing are separate. Plans return checkout-market currency and account quota, not a guaranteed number of tokens for every model. Discounts, additional charges and final billing are confirmed by checkout and usage records.

- Verify email and review the payment amount.
- Confirm payment, then check key delivery or quota credit separately.
Public agent queries do not create orders, send codes or pay. Existing checkout retains retry protection. Opening checkout, settling payment and completing delivery are separate states.
