Scope of Service

The platform provides public plan purchases, top-ups for existing API keys, quota lookup, order lookup, and related documentation.
Some capabilities depend on third-party payment, model-provider, or operations systems, and may be maintained, adjusted, or temporarily unavailable when necessary.

User Responsibilities

Please make sure your email address, API key, and order details are accurate so delivery and support are not delayed.
Keep your API key secure, and do not use the platform for illegal activity, attacks, abuse, or uses that violate upstream model policies.
The platform expressly prohibits generating, distributing, or assisting with six categories of content: sexual or NSFW content; violent or graphic content; hate speech; child-unsafe content, including CSAM; non-consensual deepfakes, impersonation, or misleading synthetic media; and content that infringes copyright or trademarks.
You must also not generate or distribute illegal, false, defamatory, harassing, gambling- or fraud-related, terrorist, privacy-violating, or network-disruptive content.
Do not use the platform for face-swap or voice-cloning infringement, manipulative companionship chat, removing or bypassing AI-content labels, data poisoning, paid manipulation, malicious scraping, exploit development, malware sample generation, or other offensive uses.

Displayed package prices, bonus rules, and credited quota are based on the pre-payment page and the order snapshot.
If a successful payment is not credited, delivery fails, or a duplicate charge appears, the platform will review the order record and handle the issue.

If malicious orders, abnormal calls, fraud, or other high-risk behavior is detected, the platform may reject requests, restrict or suspend API access, pause orders or top-ups, terminate accounts, and, where permitted by applicable law, cancel unused quota or refuse further service.
The platform applies zero tolerance to child sexual exploitation, terrorism, mass violence, non-consensual sexual deepfakes, and other serious illegal content, and may report such matters to the competent authorities as required by law.
The platform may update packages, copy, payment methods, and usage rules when necessary, and will try to keep public pages updated accordingly.

The platform combines upstream model-provider safety controls, abnormal-usage monitoring, user reports, and human review to address content risks. Subject to technical and privacy limits, the platform does not promise to pre-screen every input or output, but reviews available risk signals and records.
Users and rights holders may report suspected prohibited content or conduct to [email protected]. Where possible, include the account or order, model, time, content type, and reason for the report. Mark the subject “Urgent Report” for child safety, terrorism, or imminent threats to personal safety.
Depending on severity, the platform may issue warnings, reject requests, restrict features, suspend API keys, or suspend or terminate accounts. It may preserve evidence and cooperate with payment providers, upstream providers, or authorities. Appeals may be submitted through the same email address.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The platform does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation or fitness for every purpose, and cannot guarantee against delays or outages caused by third-party payment services, networks, model providers, or planned maintenance.
AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or outdated and are not legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Users must review and verify outputs before using, publishing, or acting on them and remain responsible for that use.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the platform is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses. Its aggregate liability for an event is capped at the amount the user actually paid to the platform in the 12 months preceding that event, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
